Version:           2.1beta (using KDE 2.2.2)
Installed from:    Mandrake Linux 8.2 i586 - 8.2
Compiler:          gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Mandrake Linux 8.2 2.96-0.76mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-6mdk

In the skeletal KDE MDI application created by the wizard is not possible
to drag the toolbars with the mouse. This problem does not happen
inside SDI skeleton apps.

KDevelop2.x is no longer under development so this bug will not be corrected there. 
 
KDevelop3 does not suffer from this bug. 
 
Please update.
