programs are runned from home directory instead of program directory.

so my program can't find the picture files it needs to run.

When I dun the program from within gideon I get the same problem.
But somehow it finds the input files in the correct directory, but it produces
output files in the home directory.

Further more it only displays STDOUT, all the messages for STDERR don't show up.

Fixed in KDevelop3A4
