Version: (using KDE KDE 3.0.3) Installed from: SuSE RPMs OS: Linux When switching to fullscreen, the output is restricted to 600x480 or something much too small. The border around the picture, being black, is much larger than the picture itself. Is it not possible to scale the picture up. Just like it is possible to zoom in and out. Ok the picture would not be as sharp, but I could see it from the sofa. Thanks Steffen
That code was never designed to scale. Sorry. The best you can do is enable video mode switching in the configuration dialog, or you can try the Xv driver in "qtvision", aka kwintv3 from the KDE CVS repository in the kdenonbeta module.
I have the same problem. Other programs like MoTV or Zapping support a real "full" screen mode. George Staikos: > That code was never designed to scale. The picture can be scaled down. So why isn't it possible to scale it up?!?

So why isn't it possible to scale it up?!? Because the hardware scales down, but not up.
