When proofreading a text for the project gutenberg, the image would not display.  Nor did it show if I saved the image and clicked on it with konqueror file browser.  It did display when I chose to open it with kview.

Viewing this picture is essential to the volunteers for project gutenberg.  The signup page for you to view the problem is available here:

Sorry, we cannot sign up to every service where a bug might occure. Please build and 
attach a small test case and then reopen this bug.

Hmm, I thought I posted a new comment, but its not here.

I have on my computer the image that caused the problem.  If you give me an
e-mail address or somewhere I can upload the image to, then you will be able to
see in konqueror the unworking image.

The problem was only limited to this image, not to all the images, so signing up
would have been useless anyway.

Unless it's a huge one you could just attach it to this bugreport.

The rendering problem is fixed with Qt 3.3. The huge slowness is a duplicate.
