Description rakko 2002-11-08 05:55:29 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.0.9)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19

In KDE 3.1RC2, when MacOS-style menu is enabled AND external taskbar is enabled AND the external taskbar is placed at the top (below the menubar), the menu that pops down has its top edge just BELOW the taskbar. Thus, there is a gap between the menu bar and the menu. The menu items still work, however.
