Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc 3.2 
OS:          Linux

When the Kweather applet is present on the kicker. If it cannot retrieve it's weather information, ie if network is down, Kicker becomes unresponsive. Kicker can still come out of autohide and icons are zoomed and unzoomed, however nothing happens when icons are clicked.
