Description Dettmar St 2002-11-04 18:47:12 UTC
Version: 1.0.2 (KDE 2.2.2) (using KDE KDE 1.2)
Installed from: Debian stable Packages
OS: Linux

Many terminal emulators, even plain old xterm, simulate line-drawing characters if not present in the used font. It would be more than nice if such a functionality would exist in konsole.

Replaced dstlk@gmx.de with openpub@web.de due to bounces by reporter

Since I "magically" became the reporter of this bug here is my testcase that fails for me: On SuSE Linux 8.2 with KDE 3.3 using YaST in textmode and browsing the "Install or Delete Software" dialog the konsole display messes up quickly. This does not happen in a xterm. May be this is not only related to line-drawing and should be another bug.
