Version:           0.5.8cvs (using KDE KDE 3.0.9)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.0 3.2-1mdk) 
OS:          LinuxLinux

Steps to repeat

1. Start kopete IRC connection window pops up
    (works ok first time).
2. Close IRC connection.
3. Start IRC connection (click on blue icon and
    select connect to server).

 Then Kopete crashes.

A complete overhaul of the Kopete IRC plugin (which now uses standard Kopete Chat 
Windows) has resulted in this bug being fixed. Please use the latest version of CVS or 
the next Kopete release for this to be fixed.
