Version: 3.0.0 (using KDE 3.0.2) Installed from: SuSE Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-64GB-SMP From other complaints, it looks as if I've never had a large cursor. Logging off after selecting 'large' doesn't do it. Rebooting the machine won't do it. Would you please just tell me where it is so I can rebuild it. I've looked for a long time without luck.

With 7.3, 8.0, and 8.1; nothing I have ever done has produced a large cursor. On two different machines. Now, WHERE THE HELL IS THE FILE FOR IT? So I can fix it myself. It's hard to trust you people, any more. PS. I don't know who Daniel Naber is. Obviously not me.

Half agree. With KDE3.0 (RedHat 7.3, Kernel 2.4.18-3) the option kcmshell mouse and large cursor, it does not work

Just upgraded to KDE 3.1.1 (compiled from source on Debian woody using gcc 2.95). Big cursor no longer works like it did before. I did the normal procedure (Kcontrol -> mouse control center click on "large cursor", logout, login).
