kmail has problems when saving window positions this is related to the little dialog that comes up on every exit of kmail.

open kmail and enlarge the window as you wish, now place the window on your desktop where you like to have it. then select the save windowposition flag from the windowmanager. now kmail exits and the little dialog for cleaning and expiring comes up. next time you start up kmail it will be the size of the little dialog before closing kmail. i would like if this could be fixed.

 Should work in KDE3.1.
