Network transparency is great but that doesn't mean that you don't know were you are. It think it means that you can go to every place in the world without using extra programs or changing any settings. But at least you should know were you are. have fun Felix
We could do this by changing the stylesheet for <ulink> - reassigning to ksgmltools.

It is unclear what is the best way to mark the external links. Another color? Boldface? Cursive? Any ideas?
