When opening a new tab for a website, the tab should appear right away, not when the website is resolved/contacted/whatever.  I've noticed that when connecting to heavily loaded websites a tab will never appear. A notification that the website cannot be reached will not appear if this is the case as well.

How to reproduce: MMB/right click, select open in new tab. Go to a website with a heavy load/slashdotted website.  Tab will not appear, no notification will be generated for the user.

Expected behavior: MMB/right click, select open in new tab.  New tab opens with url you wish to go to in address bar.  If site is under heavy load/slashdotted, eventually die with notification stating that site is unreachable currently.
