Version:           v0.7pre (using KDE 3.0.8 (KDE 3.1 beta2))
Installed from:    compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.19

Select "Attack" from a unit:
	right click on own building --> attack
	left click on own building    --> attack

Select "Mining" from a unit:
	right works, left not
Try to move a unit:
	right works, left not
Try to place a facillity on the map:
	right works, left not

That means all left menu actions work with left and right, unit actions only with right.
I think that should be the same.

I guess this is fixed already. 
 
RMB: attack (or whatever action is applicable) 
LMB+action locked: same as normal RMB
