Version:           3.0.6 (using KDE 3.0.6 (KDE 3.1 alpha1))
Installed from:    compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS:          Linux (i586) release 2.4.18-4GB

In http://www.uib.es/ I try to press any button ("UIB", "ESTUDIANTS", "PAS", "PDI") and I can't because overlib is over of the button.

Depending on the text size, Mozilla has the same problem. Meaning, tell the 
page designers not to use those silly tooltips.
