Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

unable to run netscape loader
 able to log on as usr
 able to run netscape loader
 unable to create directory in usr/home
 states 'no permission'
 when relogged on as su
 unable to run netscape loader
 now claims unable to run 0.0
 or no library 
 however must have library as it ran in usr
 thanks

ran once when not logged on as su
when tried to create directory denied as not having su status
when relogged on will no longer let me run netscape loader

this has nothing to do with konsole. It's a general problem with your  
system.

knowing v.little about any of this, I confess I think most of these problems 
are operator errors. However this time I wondered.
