Version:           1.1.3 (using KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from:     (testing/unstable)
Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-bf2.4

when starting up console then the hint window is in the width of my desktop(s).

not small like it was in redhat 7.3 with kde 3.0.0.
now using debian woody, some stuff from unstable (xfree86 4.2.1) and kde 3.0.3.
matrox g550, 2 screens, not xinerama. 1280x960 or 1152x864, drivers from matrox and powerdesk installation (last manually altered)
problem is on both screens.

i hope that i dont file this bug duplicated.

solution: turn hints off... :)
