The "frame" and "rules" attributes of the "table" element do not seem to work at all.  (Maybe it wasn't even implemented?)  

For examples go to http://www.robinlionheart.com/stds/html4/tables.html.  Pretty much none of the table borders are displayed correctly.  

IE6 (v 6.026) seems to display them all correctly (except for frame=xxx with default rules)

rules are not implemented.
