STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter folder that is protected and not allowed R/W access by current user. (ex. /usr/lib/)
2. Try to do any file operation as this user.
3. Not allowed.
4. Attempting to run Dolphin as sudo to do these tasks tells you it should just do it and give a UAC-style prompt to enter your password.
5. ???
