OS/Compiler notes: 

I used to close the terminal emulation in Konqueror via Ctrl+D.
This of course only worked when focus was on the terminal and not on a file window.
But now Ctrl+D with focus on the terminal leads to a duplicated konqueror window so I cannot use it as a shortcut for exit/logout anymore.
Bug or feature?

Hi

even worse is that "del" sends its signal to the file window!
I just want to use pico in the terminal emulation but I must not use "del"
because it deletes files instead of letters.
This is really bad.
Please fix it.

Adding single exceptions doesn't seem to me the right fix for this. For 
example #41601, marked as duplicate of this, talks about Ctrl+A which was not 
added. Better think about a generic solution.

All Ctrl+<key> accels are now overriden, as well as Delete and Tab.
