Konqueror Version 20.12.0
KDE Frameworks 5.78.0
Qt 5.15.2 (built against 5.15.2)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changing Settings: Configure Konqueror : When Konqueror starts options : all result in errors.
Neither the Start Page nor the Home page seems to be working.
However after this, konqueror seems to behave normally.
Changing "default web browser engine" from "WebEngine" to "KHTML" gives a different error:

This has been reported before, at least in 2021-08-08:

This error message may discourage new users from using konqueror.
konqueror is a great tool, relatively lightweight, fast, and highly functional, merging filesystem browsing and webbrowsing; I hope it will be maintained.

What have you selected in the "When Konqueror starts" field in the General page of Konqueror configuration dialog? If you have set "Show my start page", have you also filled the field on its right? Bug #449874 described a similar issue and we found out that it was caused by choosing to use a custom start page but leaving it empty. Note that setting the Home page has no effect here (the home page is the page you go when you press the Home button on the toolbar).
