As requested on LinuxTag implement this (e.g. "last Saturday of month").
Maybe also useful for (pre)last day in month recurrence.

A good example of this wish is "Memorial Day", which is the last Monday of May. 
Sometimes that's the 4th Monday, sometimes the 5th Monday. Only a "last" week of 
May would work correctly.
