SUMMARY
The Super + <number> shortcut used to open/close apps in KDE's taskbar stops working after opening KDE system settings. This started happening after updating  plasma from 5.21.5 to 5.22.1. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Verify Super + <number> shortcut works
2. Open KDE system settings
3. Super + <number> shortcut no longer works

OBSERVED RESULT
Super + <number> stops working after opening KDE system settings

EXPECTED RESULT
Super + <number> should work always

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
OS: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.12.11-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Plasma 5.21.5 did not have this issue

Update: Issue happens when I open system settings directly, i.e, `systemsettings5` from the terminal or from the Application launcher/KRunner. It doesn't happen when I open system settings from, say, networks icon in the taskbar > settings
