SUMMARY

Can't open/switch applications with Meta and number keys if I opened System Settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Press Meta+Num

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

Open/Switch applications in the Icons-only Task Manager

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I logout, Meta+Num worked properly.

Can reproduce with Plasma 5.22.1 on Arch Linux.

Should be the same root cause as Bug 408310, which was just fixed.
