In Kivio select Help -> Kivio Handbook. The KDE Help Center pops up.  Cannot find Kivio docs anywhere under Contents or using the Find command.

Kivio now has a doc maintainer, and although it's only just started, Kivio in 
KOffice 1.3 will have at least basic help.
