SUMMARY
When closing a modal dialog with Dialog Parent effect enabled, after the closing there is a black flicker occurring

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Dialog Parent effect
2. Open a modal dialog, the parent window will dim
3. Close the modal dialog and the parent will flicker

OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering

EXPECTED RESULT
No flickering
