SUMMARY
During the packages installation, the counter-bar is just one both in download and installation phases, & doesn't show the speed in MB/s. It should be useful to allow the counter be divided in one for the download phase, and one other for the installation phase showing the speed during the two different operations, in order to allow the user to be aware about the two different processes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover;
2. upgrade or download any kind of packages;
3. look at the counter bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
the blue counter bar is one and no speed is shown;

EXPECTED RESULT
two counter bars run and speed in MB/s is shown.
