Description usenet123 2002-05-22 19:10:24 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kmail
Version: 1.4.1 (using KDE 3.0.0 -10)
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: Red Hat Linux 7.2.93
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-3
OS/Compiler notes:

I'd like to be able to load external references based on the sender address. There are some interesting newletters which would be interesting to see the images (like Daily Dilbert:-) but I don't want to be subject to spam monitoring messages.

The solution is simple:
Filter the Dilbert messages to folder of their own and select HTML=20
display for that folder.
For the other folders (esp. inbox where all the spam is going)=20
_de_select html display.

Then you can check the HTML security settings in the config dialog to be=20
more liberal.
