Description cmarco 2002-05-16 00:02:16 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: konsole
Version: 1.1 (using KDE 3.0.0 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)
OS: Linux (i586) release 2.4.18-4smp
OS/Compiler notes:

Function keys F1-F5 fail to work in Midnight Commander when keyboard type is set to Linux console.
However they works properly in XTerm (XFree 4.XX) mode but unfortunately then Home-End keys stop working.

Seems to be a local misconfiguration (check /etc/inputrc) or fixed, I use
KDE-3.1b2 and SuSE8.1. No problems with the default settings in Konsole.
