Description Olaf Zanger 2002-05-11 14:37:04 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.2 (using KDE 3.0.0 )
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: Unspecified Linux
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

Integrate kdcop into kdevelop and/or gideon by makeing it a kde-part that allows gideon programmers to browse the running applications for allowed DCOP-Functions (probably a DCOP-Function description could be linked through lxr.kde.org or by gettext messages from the program). kdcop would then send the command string in the different languages to the IDE e.g. c++ python kxmlrpc ruby or ksoap.

Replaced olaf.zanger@nospamgmx.net with null@kde.org due to bounces by reporter
