I pressed ctrl-Z approx 10 - 20 times in quick succession to undo some edits. I then pressed ctrl-shift-Z several times to redo the undone edits. It reinstated some but not all of my undone edits and then just hung. I waited a couple of minutes to allow it to recover but it was still hanging. There was no response when I tried to close the KDevelop window so I had to kill it from the command line.
