(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kword Version: 1.2 Beta1 (WYSIWYG) (using KDE 3.0.1 (CVS >= 20020327)) Severity: wishlist Installed from: Mandrake Linux 8.2 i586 - Cooker Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Mandrake Linux 8.2 2.96-0.76mdk) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-6mdk OS/Compiler notes: KOFFICE Beta 1.2 is absolutely stunning. I just switched over to OpenOffice from MS Office and may soon be able to switch over to KOffice. Two feature requests: 1) ALL CAPS option in FONT/STYLES 2) Better Ruler ON/OFF control (something akin to other office progs). Going in and out of CONFIGURE is cumbersome. ALSO: A special THANK YOU to David Faure for the STYLES SHORTCUT-KEYS! (Submitted via bugs.kde.org) (Called from KBugReport dialog)
The "all caps" is done now (as attibute: upper case.) Have a nice day/evening/night!
Has "All Caps" in STYLES been added for 1.2.1, or a later branch version. I couldn't find it in version 1.2.1. However, my SHOW RULERS request made it for this one! You guys deeply rock. Thanks!

I agree it might be a bit confusing but I am told that this is the way OpenOffice calls things, although I haven't checked that.

For anyone reading this report later: I was wrong, it's not in 1.2.1, but it's been implemented since.
