(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kdevelop Version: KDE 3.0.0 Severity: wishlist Installed from: SuSE RPMs Compiler: Not Specified OS: Linux OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified It would be very helpful if hitting the debug-key for "run to cursor" would start the debugger first if it is not running already. (Background: If I simply want to check a single value during runtime setting a breakpoint and selecting "debug run" from the menue takes longer than just hitting the "run to cursor") Thanks for that! (Submitted via bugs.kde.org) (Called from KBugReport dialog. Fields Application KDE Version OS Compiler manually changed)
This is a very nice whish!

This is quite difficult (but not impossible), so I don't plan to do this. This is a case where if you really, really want it then you'll need to send me a patch - I'll definately add it. See also Bug 57710 for related info on this.
