It would be very helpful if hitting the debug-key for "run to cursor" would start the debugger first if it is not running already.
(Background: If I simply want to check a single value during runtime setting a breakpoint and selecting "debug run" from the menue takes longer than just hitting the "run to cursor")

This is quite difficult (but not impossible), so I don't plan to do this. This 
is a case where if you really, really want it then you'll need to send me a 
patch - I'll definately add it.
