OS/Compiler notes: 

If I add an recurring Entry on Feb 29 recurring every Year. I can only see it in Years with a 29. Feb. on all other Years its missing. It is better to view it on March 1 (in Years without Feb 29.). So I dont't miss that appointment.

Thanks for your bug report. In the current developer version of korganizer (to 
be KDE 3.2) this behavior has been fixed, and recurring events on a Feb 29 are 
displayed on Mar 1 in non-leap years.
