(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kmail Version: KDE 2.9.2 CVS/CVSup/Snapshot Severity: normal Installed from: Compiled sources Compiler: Not Specified OS: Not Specified OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified I designated a special folder as trash folder for my imap account. However from time to time deleted mails appear in the trash folder marked as unread or new. However it is only a small amount of the deleted mails. Regards Volker Augustin (Submitted via bugs.kde.org)
I can verify that but that problem exists for a long time. Before the message was indeed unread but appeared as read in the trash which made it very difficult to actually mark it as read. Now the message is marked as unread (which is also not correct). Can you add some debugging code to KMSender to trace the problem? I'll do that also but more eyes see more. Am Dienstag 26. I mentioned the KMSender because normally I can see this=20 behaviour if I reply to a message and then move the original to the trash. --=20 Carsten Burghardt email: cb@magic-shop.de WWW: http://www.magic-shop.de PGP: http://www.magic-shop.de/Carsten_Burghardt.asc
Hello did anyone fix this bug? I am not really sure but I think I haven't seen this bug for a long time. Regards Volker Augustin
This bug seems to be fixed in the latest development (CVS) version of KDE though nobody stepped forward saying "I did it!" ;-). The bug report will be closed.
