If I type a command like plot I get a list of commands and when I continue typing until plot\( a grey box with the command syntax help appears \[ plot\(x,y,...\) \].

This box is annoyingly persistent: it remains always on top of the screen, even if I use another program like firefox. 

The box dissappears when I close the parenthesis.

It could be that it is a KDE bug. But maybe it is possible to fix it from within rkward e.g. with a timeout.

This is fixed in SVN revision 2438.

Keeping the report open, until a fixed version is released.
