windows users sometimes need to set the option "setInternet2\(TRUE\)" to get internet access through a proxy. this should be implemented as a checkbox option in RKWard's R backend configuration dialog \(windows version only\).

recent workaround: write that call into the options field and restart RKWard.-- Labels: Settings / options --
