RKWard is slipping deeper and deeper into the 
automake nightmare. Problems with .moc-files 
not being generated, system-specific generated 
files not being removed by make clean, 
unneccessary configure-tests preventing 
compilation on some systems... By now a 
number of obscure steps is needed in order to 
produce a clean tarball of rkward. 
KDE4 will use bksys as its build system, and 
\(hopefully\) this can't be any worse than the 
current build system. We should probably go 
ahead, and adopt this system early.
