Rather than deriving the structure of the menu directory from the structure of the directories the plugins are found in, we should use a system consisting of: 1\) A set of xml-files in an arbitrary directory structure 2\) An xml-file listing each of the plugin-files under 1\) and specifying where those plugins should be placed in the menu-hierarchy. Advantages: \- We don't need one directory per plugin. \- Placement in the menu does not rely on alphabtical ordering \- Possibility to place plugins in main menus \(e.g. the save/load plugins under "File"\) Things to keep in mind: In order to allow third parties to easily distribute additional plugins, it will have to be possible to combine several of the menu-description files under 2\)
