It would be great if there is an option which updates the file list which contains the files included in the project. So that if there are files generated automatically one can watch and modify them without reloading the project.

If there is an option/function like this sorry for this mail.

You can see all of the files in a project directory with the File View part in Gideon.  Displaying 
these files in a "project manager part" like Automake Manager is not really in the scope of 
the files in the project.
