See attachments. Battery and wifi icons is dark on breeze dark, icon for battery charging is oxygen. Make actions in clipper white on dark theme.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply breeze dark plasma theme
2. See battery, wifi, clipper icons in task manager
3. It's dark on dark background

Actual Results:  
Dark icons on dark background

Expected Results:  
White icons on drak theme.

The battery icon is from the icon theme, that's missing but the other icons are already fixed in master.

Battery has dark border between 25-100%, white - 10-24%.

Looks exactly like Anthony showed in comment 4 / attachment 96112 [details] with Plasma 5.5.1 on openSUSE tumbleweed.
