OS/Compiler notes: 

There is no entry in the "Debug"pull down menu or in the editor panel's right-click pop-up menu to toggle a breakpoint.  The only way to access it out of the box is through clicking in the right hand side 'gutter' to toggle the breakpoint. Also there is no standard hot key assigned by default. 

Suggestion: Add Toggle Breakpoint to both right click menu and Debug pulldown menu and add a default hotkey.
