Description Michael Uplawski 2001-10-28 21:58:32 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package:           kdevelop
Version:           2.2 (snapshot) (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity:          normal
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          2.95.3
OS:                Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

Okay this is not the normal procedure but I did deliberately delete the directory of the actually opened project. Upon exiting KDevelop the application crashed. Although this might be an "honourable crash" a more intelligent behaviour would add another "beautiful difference" to the IDE.
The Crash-Handler-report:

0x413955a9 in __wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6
#0  0x413955a9 in __wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6
#1  0x413fdad8 in __DTOR_END__ () from /lib/libc.so.6
#2  0x411fb645 in KCrash::defaultCrashHandler ()
   from /opt/kde2/lib/libkdecore.so.3
#3  <signal handler called>
