Description sarefo 2001-10-24 13:21:04 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.4-4GB
OS/Compiler notes:

the buttons "ok" and "cancel" in the dialog "create search database" (kdevelop setup) are misleading:

ok should be named for example "create" for it creates the database.
in addition to a "cancel" button which does just that there should be a "close" button.

this is because if i want to close the dialog i intuitively press "ok" because i think "cancel" might cancel the creation of the database. but if i press ok the database is of course created again.

I think this bug is obsolete in Gideon, but I'm not shure if I understad it completly

This works in a different way in KDevelop 3.0. Please update.
