How to place cursor to another panel in two-panel (split) mode?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Use menu "View"->"Split" or keyboard shortcut.
Actual Results:  
Press "Tab" many times to place cursor to another panel.

Expected Results:  
Press special key (suggest: "Tab") once to place cursor to another panel.
