Right-clicking the title bar frequently doesn't produce the menu at the actual cursor position. I believe it may be related to window moves; after a move the opening position seems to be offset by the delta of the last move. Even when the window hasn't been moved the opening position occasionally seems to shift randomly, though, so maybe it's uninitialized data instead.
