My test system runs on a USB Stick attached to an USB 2.0 port, so i/o waits are pretty common during the installation of software. 
During a high i/o situation I opened dolphin, right clicked to trigger kpropertiesdialog, closed the propertiesdialog instantly and closed dolphin instantly resulting in a crash:

To enable execution of this file add
