KAlgebra does not start despite the fact that calgebra is starting properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konsole or Yakuake.
2. Type "kalgebra" and press Enter.
Actual Results:  
KAlgebra does not start and process "kalgebra" uses almost all CPU.
