a picture of the dialog ; with the unprecise 'slider'

Right now with the slider in 'Save As' jpg dialog, it's really hard to apply a custom JPG compression ( ex ; 92% or 60% ) because the slider doesn't show any numeric value.

Git commit ec4d6a7cad00b880409ed6ef846cb47510dc2169 by Boudewijn Rempt.
Committed on 30/11/2013 at 11:08.
Pushed by rempt into branch 'master'.

Add a numerical input field to the compression slider

Also update the tooltip and make the layout a bit tighter.
