There doesn't appear to be a way to stop Okular from notifying (with a little yellow bar at the top of a PDF page) about attachments contained in a PDF document.

"General" → "Show hints and info messages" does not work as expected in this case. ( http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdegraphics/okular/configgeneral.html )
