Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

OS: Linux

Hi

I have a project (together with other users) in a directory where all the users have group-write-permission and group-read-permission. But when a user (who does not own the project) wnats to open this project KDevelop tells him that he has no rights on this project.

Does KDevelop only test the user-rights and does it ignore the group-rights? I haven't tested with other-rights but I guess it is the same bug under this situation.

I think it should not be a big problem to fix this bug. And I really thibk it should be important to develop on the same project with different users...

Bye
Pietz

I was able to successfully open and work on a project that I only had group
permissions for in Gideon (3.0). Assuming this bug is fixed.
